Email campaigns
Build an audience from your own data, compose an email, and send it now or on a schedule.
Broadcast email campaigns (/admin/campaigns) send one email to a group of customers you choose — a seasonal offer, a re-book nudge, a note to everyone in one neighbourhood. They are separate from booking confirmations and reminders, which always go out and are never affected.
Build an audience
Pick any of these rules; a customer must match all of them:
- Has tag — an admin tag you have applied.
- Churn risk — the current risk band.
- Has booked service — customers who have booked a chosen service.
- Service area — customers with an address in a ZIP.
- Min bookings — at least this many non-cancelled bookings.
- Min lifetime value — total they have paid you.
- Last booked — before or after a date, or never.
The page shows the matching count with suppression already applied — the number that would actually be emailed — plus a sample of names. The count reflects your saved rules; save the campaign to update it.
Suppression
Applied when the campaign is sent, not when you build the list, so anyone who changes state in between is still caught. A recipient is skipped and counted as suppressed — never emailed — when they have unsubscribed, opted out of email, or booked within the last two days.
Compose, test, and send
Write a subject and body using {{name}} (the recipient's first name), {{company}}, and {{unsubscribe_url}}. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Send a test to your own address first — it is required before a live send, so you always see exactly what recipients will get.
- Send now, or schedule for a future time and cancel it while it is still scheduled.
Sending is idempotent per person: a re-run or a rate-cap continuation never emails anyone twice. A per-tick cap protects your sending reputation by spreading a large send across maintenance runs, and quiet hours defer a campaign's messages just as they defer any other automated mail.
Results
Each campaign reports recipients, suppressed, emailed, opened, unsubscribed, and the bookings and revenue a emailed recipient placed within the attribution window after the send.
Not included
Email only — there is no broadcast text messaging, which would require per-recipient consent and carrier compliance. Provider compensation figures never appear anywhere.
